Small rack is $20 which fits 20–25 hanging pieces (depending on mix: mostly tops fits 25, denim or jackets closer to 15–18) Medium rack is $25 40–50 hanging pieces (tops-heavy racks get 50, mixed racks average 40–45)

We make your setup super easy! We provide hangers, price tags, tagging supplies, and guidance so you can curate a clean, shoppable rack. Bring your items sorted by category if possible, and we’ll help you get everything hung, tagged, and looking its best so shoppers can easily find and fall in love with your pieces.

Each rental period lasts one full week, Friday to Friday. You’ll drop off your items on Friday, your rack will stay open for shoppers all week long, and then you’ll pick up unsold items on the following Friday. (Extra day pickup add-on may be available when needed!)

RACKD offers a First-Time Seller Safety Net. If it’s your first time renting a rack and your earned commission does not exceed the cost of the rack rental, RACKD will absorb the difference. This ensures you can try selling with confidence while you’re learning what sells best.

RACKD takes 30% commission and you take the rest!

Payouts are issued weekly or at the end of your rental period when you come to pick up any remaining items.

We understand things come up! If you’re unable to pick up your items on your scheduled day, we offer a $5 next-day pickup (Saturday) and a $10 48-hour hold (until end of day Sunday). After that grace period, any remaining items may be donated, and unfortunately you won’t receive payout for items not collected. We do our best to remind you so this never becomes an issue!

Yes, but small items like jewelry, sunglasses, hair clips, and wallets are displayed at the seller’s own risk. RACKD is not responsible for theft, loss, or minor damage of small accessories.

Items must arrive: ✔ clean ✔ wrinkle-free ✔ tagged ✔ ready to hang RACKD may refuse items that are damaged, stained, or inappropriate.

Rack rentals are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sellers may reschedule their rack rental one (1) time up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled start date, subject to availability. Missed drop-offs or failure to reschedule within the allowed timeframe will result in forfeiture of the rental.

Yes—if space is available, you can reserve consecutive weeks.

We accept women’s, men’s, and children’s clothing, shoes, and accessories that are current, trendy, seasonal, or in-demand. Items should be clean, gently worn or new, and fit the style and quality our shoppers expect. We do not accept heavily worn, outdated, damaged, or fast-trash items. Our goal is to keep RACKD curated — not cluttered.

If you purchase the extra day pickup, your items will be moved to our back room storage area after your rental period ends. This keeps the sales floor fresh for new sellers while still giving you more time to pick up. Items will not remain on display during that extra day.
