RACKD – Seller Agreement & Policies

1. Rack Rentals 

• Rack rentals are weekly (Friday–Friday) and non-refundable.

• Rental fees will not be refunded for failure to attend, stock, or complete the rental period.

• RACKD reserves the right to refuse, remove, or adjust items that are damaged, stained, unsafe, inappropriate, recalled, or do not meet store standards at any time during the rental period.

2. Commission & Payout 

• A 30% commission is applied to all item sales and deducted prior to payout.

• Seller payouts are issued in cash only, either weekly or at the end of the rental period, during store hours.

• RACKD is not responsible for missed payouts due to failure to collect during designated payout times.

3. End of Rental​ & Item Pickup

• All unsold items must be picked up on Friday during store hours, unless an approved extra-day pickup add-on is selected.

• Late pickup fees apply:

  • $5 for Saturday pickup

  • $10 for Sunday pickup (during store hours)

• Items not collected by the end of business on Sunday may be donated or disposed of without payout.

• Sellers may request donation of remaining items at the conclusion of their rental period.

4. Staff Rack Setup (Optional)

• Sellers may purchase a Staff Rack Setup add-on for an additional fee.

• If selecting this option, sellers must include a clear and detailed pricing list with their drop-off items.

• If no pricing list is provided, sellers authorize RACKD staff to price items at their discretion based on condition, style, and market demand.

• RACKD is not responsible for disputes related to staff-set pricing when no pricing list is supplied.

5. Liability & Risk 

• RACKD is not responsible for theft, loss, buyer handling, minor damage, or normal wear and tear.

• Small or easily concealed items (including jewelry, sunglasses, wallets, hair accessories, cosmetic bags, or similar accessories) are sold at the seller’s own risk.

• Sellers assume full responsibility for the condition, authenticity, and safety of all items submitted for sale.

6. Cancellations & Changes

• Rack rentals are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Rescheduling requests are subject to approval by RACKD and availability.

7. First-Time Seller Guarantee

• RACKD offers a one-time guarantee for first-time sellers.

• If earned commission does not exceed the rack rental fee during the first rental week, RACKD will cover the difference.

• This guarantee applies one time only and may not be combined with other promotions.

8. Store Conduct

• Sellers may not interfere with other sellers’ racks, pricing, or sales.

• RACKD reserves the right to remove any seller or items for policy violations or disruptive behavior.

9. Discount Days (Optional Participation)

• RACKD may offer optional discount days, including:

  • Wednesday: 20% off

  • Thursday: 40% off

• Participation is optional and selected weekly.

• Sellers who opt in acknowledge that their items will be discounted accordingly.

10. Agreement

By booking a rack, sellers confirm they have read, understood, and agree to all RACKD policies and terms.
