Seller Refund Policy

All rack rentals and add-ons are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

When you reserve a rack, that space is removed from availability and held exclusively for you. For this reason, refunds or credits will not be issued for:

• Change of mind

• Scheduling conflicts

• Failure to visit the store before booking

• Misunderstanding of rack size, layout, or rental expectations

• Missed drop-offs or late arrivals

• Early removal of merchandise

• Incomplete setups

• Unused rental time

• No-shows

• Cancellations made fewer than seven (7) days before the scheduled rental start date

Multiple Rack Bookings

Sellers reserving multiple consecutive rental periods acknowledge that each reserved week is held exclusively for them. Cancellations or changes to any portion of a multiple-week booking are subject to the same refund and rescheduling policies as individual rentals. Reserving multiple weeks does not provide additional cancellation or refund privileges.

Sellers may request to reschedule their rental one (1) time by providing at least seven (7) days' notice before the scheduled rental start date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Requests made fewer than seven (7) days before the rental begins are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Commission fees are deducted at the time of each sale and are non-refundable.

RACKD is not responsible for unsold merchandise, theft, loss, or minor damage that may occur during the normal course of business.

Any refund, credit, or exception issued by RACKD is granted solely at management's discretion and does not establish a precedent for future rentals.

Buyer Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued.

RACKD sells merchandise on behalf of independent sellers and does not own the inventory sold in-store.

All merchandise is sold as-is. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase.

RACKD is not responsible for sizing, fit, color variations, buyer's remorse, or normal signs of wear that were visible at the time of purchase.

Final Sale Acknowledgment

By reserving a rack or purchasing merchandise at RACKD, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. All transactions are considered final unless otherwise required by law or approved in writing by RACKD management.
