All rack rentals and add-ons are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Rental fees are not refunded for missed drop-offs, early removal, incomplete setups, or unused rental time.
Commission fees are deducted at the time of sale and are non-refundable.
RACKD does not issue refunds for unsold items, theft, loss, or minor damage.

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
RACKD does not own the merchandise sold in-store. All items are sold on behalf of independent sellers.
Items are sold as-is and should be inspected before purchase.
RACKD is not responsible for sizing issues, fit, condition, or buyer’s remorse.

By purchasing or selling at RACKD, you acknowledge and agree that all transactions are final.
