Welcome to RACKD. By accessing, booking, renting, selling, or purchasing through our services (in-store or online), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Overview

RACKD operates as a weekly clothing rack rental marketplace where independent sellers rent rack space to display and sell their items. Buyers may shop and purchase items directly from these sellers.

RACKD acts solely as a marketplace and rack rental service provider and does not take ownership of seller merchandise.

2. Seller Terms

2.1 Rack Rentals

Sellers rent rack space on a weekly basis.

Rental fees are non-refundable, including if the seller is unable to attend, stock, or complete their rental period.

All items must be tagged, clean, and ready by the seller’s scheduled drop-off time.

RACKD reserves the right to refuse, remove, or reject any item that is damaged, stained, unclean, inappropriate, or otherwise does not meet store standards.

2.1A Accepted & Prohibited Items

RACKD accepts clean, gently used clothing, shoes, handbags, and approved fashion accessories in good condition.

The following items are strictly prohibited and may not be displayed or sold:

  • Jewelry of any kind

  • Counterfeit or replica designer items

  • Cosmetics, beauty products, fragrances, or personal care items

  • Any item prohibited by local law or store policy

RACKD reserves the right to remove any prohibited or non-compliant item without notice and without refund.

2.1B Seller Ownership & Authority

By renting a rack, the seller represents and warrants that they are the legal owner of all items placed for sale and have full authority to sell such items.

The seller agrees not to list or display any stolen, counterfeit, borrowed, or unauthorized merchandise.

RACKD reserves the right to immediately remove merchandise, freeze payouts, terminate bookings, and permanently ban any seller suspected of listing stolen, counterfeit, or unlawfully obtained items.

2.2 Commission

A standard commission rate, as set by RACKD, is applied to all items sold during the rental period.

Commission is deducted automatically from seller payouts.

First-Time Seller Commission Safety Policy:
For a seller’s first-ever booking only, if their earned commission does not exceed the cost of the rack rental, RACKD will absorb the difference. This policy applies one time per seller only and may not be transferred or repeated.

2.3 Seller Payouts

Payouts are issued within 3–5 business days following the end of the rental period.

Sellers are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information.

2.4 End of Rental Period

Sellers must pick up all remaining items by their assigned pickup deadline.

Items not claimed within 3 calendar days after the pickup deadline may be donated, discarded, or otherwise disposed of at RACKD’s discretion without compensation.

2.5 Liability

Sellers acknowledge that while RACKD takes reasonable care of all items, RACKD is not responsible for:

  • Theft

  • Loss

  • Minor damage

  • Loss caused by buyers

  • Wear-and-tear from normal customer browsing

  • Loss or theft of small accessories, including but not limited to sunglasses, wallets, belts, hats, hair accessories, or similar items

Sellers who choose to display accessories do so at their own risk.

2.6 Pricing & Promotions

By placing items for sale at RACKD, the seller acknowledges that storewide promotions, discount days, coupons, markdown events, and advertised sales may apply to their items during the rental period.

Any applicable discounts will be reflected in final seller payouts.

3. Buyer Terms

3.1 Condition of Items

Most items are pre-owned and sold as-is.

RACKD does not guarantee brand authenticity unless specifically stated.

Buyers are encouraged to inspect all items carefully before purchase.

3.2 All Sales Final

All purchases are final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.

Once a sale is completed, it cannot be reversed due to seller payout and commission processing.

4. Booking & Appointments

Appointments or rack bookings made online or in-store may be confirmed by email or text.

RACKD reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or refuse bookings at its discretion.

Missed appointments may result in forfeited deposits or booking fees where applicable.

5. Website & Account Use

5.1 Eligibility

Users must be 18 years of age or older, or have parent / guardian permission to use our services.

5.2 Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the website or booking platform

  • Misuse images, branding, or content owned by RACKD

  • Impersonate another user, buyer, or seller

  • Use the platform for fraudulent activity

  • ​

6. Payments

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

RACKD does not store credit card numbers.

Seller payout timelines may vary depending on the chosen payout method.

7. Intellectual Property

All RACKD branding, logos, designs, content, photography, and website materials are the property of RACKD and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

RACKD may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The most current version will always be posted on our website and becomes effective immediately upon posting.
